These Regulations (hereinafter: "Regulations") define the rules for using the Discount Coupon on the Website and/or Application (hereinafter: Website and/or Application) available at the website address https://animalhotels.com/ operated by owner of the website - Animalhotels sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Łódź (90 - 318) ul. Sienkiewicza 72, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs, whose registration files are kept by the District Court for Łódź-Śródmieście in Łódź, 20th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000934860, REGON 520527265, NIP 7252314345.

Definitions

Animalhotels.com - animalhotels spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Łódź, ul. H. Sienkiewicza 72, 90-318 Łódź, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs, whose registration files are kept by the District Court for Łódź-Śródmieście in Łódź, 20th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000934860, REGON 520527265, NIP 7252314345.

Promotional Campaign – the period of time during which Animalhotels.com awards Discount Coupons to Owners

Application - animalhotels.com mobile application for Android and IOS enabling the use of the Services provided by Animalhotels.com.

Expiry date - the date by which the Discount Code can be redeemed on the Website and/or Application and used to purchase a Care Service.

Account - User's Account within the Website and/or Application, which in particular collects data provided by the User and presents opinions.

Discount coupon - an electronic coupon in the form of an IT code, entitling the User to redeem it on the Animalhotels.com Website in the form of a percentage discount calculated on the commission value of the order.

Caregiver – means the provider of the Care Service for an animal and/or animals.

Website Regulations - regulations specifying the rules for using the Website available at the link: https://animalhotels.com/regulamin.

Regulations - this document together with all annexes, specifying the rules for using the Discount Coupon on the Website and/or Application. The current version of the Regulations is available on the Website and/or Application at any time.

Registration - a procedure necessary to fully use the services provided by Animalhotels.com.

Website - a website with extensive functionality available at https://animalhotels.com, operated by Animalhotels.com, via through which the User may use, in particular, the Services.

Service - services provided electronically by Animalhotels.com and offered as part of the Website and/or Application; These services include in particular: ordering, purchasing, paying for or booking care services.

Care Service - paid services related to the care of an animal/animals provided by a Caregiver to the Owner.

User – a natural person, a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality, which is granted legal capacity by law, using the Website and/or Application.

Owner - a person using the Website and/or Application, owner of an animal/animals who is interested in the Care Service

General Terms

1. The organizer of the "8% Discount Coupon" promotion is Animalhotels.com.
2. The Promotional Campaign lasts until November 30.
3. The Discount Coupon granted during the Promotional Campaign is valid for one year from the date of granting.
4. The discount coupon cannot be purchased. Animalhotels.com undertakes to provide the Owner with a Discount Coupon as part of the organized Promotional Campaign.
5. The Discount Coupon may be used to purchase a Care Service not covered by other promotions on the Website and/or Application. Discount coupons can only be used during the specified period and only as part of a single Care Service purchase transaction.
6. The Discount Coupon cannot be exchanged for cash (cash), in whole or in part, or in kind and cannot be returned to Animalhotels.com.
7. The Discount Coupon is active from the moment it is transferred to the Owner by Animalhotels.com.
8. The Discount Coupon received from Animalhotels.com is for single use only.
9. By using the Discount Coupon, the Owner declares that he has read the content of these Regulations, accepts its provisions in full and agrees to receive commercial information sent by electronic means of communication.
10. Consent to receiving commercial information sent by electronic means is voluntary and the Owner may change the consent at any time in the privacy settings on the Website and/or Application.

Rules for transferring and using the Discount Code.

1. The Discount Coupon is made available once when the Owner agrees to receive marketing correspondence via e-mail.
2. The Discount Coupon will be active and available for viewing on the Owner's Account. The name of the Discount Coupon, its value and Validity Date are also provided.
3. It is up to the Owner to use the sent Discount Coupon. The Owner has the option not to use the provided Discount Coupon, in such a situation, simply do not click on the provided Discount Coupon when finalizing the purchase of the Care Service on the Website and/or Application.
4. To use the Discount Coupon provided by Animalhotels.com, click the "apply coupon" button when purchasing the Care Service on the Website and/or Application.
5. Using the Discount Coupon will reduce the value of the purchased Care Service by the percentage of the Discount Coupon transferred to the Owner.
6. The Owner may use the Discount Coupon only once. Information about whether the Discount Coupon has been used is available in the "Your Coupons" tab.
7. The Discount Coupon may be used if the Owner has an account on the Website and/or Application, i.e. after logging in or registering such an account on the Website and/or Application.
8. Discount Coupons do not add up.
9. Animalhotels.com has the right to refuse to redeem a Discount Coupon if its Validity Date has expired. Therefore, the Discount Coupon expires upon its Validity Date.
10. The Discount Coupon can only be used by the Owner and cannot be transferred to third parties.

Cancellation of Care Services

1. If the Owner or Caregiver resigns from the Care Service, the Owner will lose the Discount Coupon granted.
2. The Owner wishing to resign from the Care Services will receive a refund in accordance with the Regulations of the Website.

Care Services Complaints

1. All complaints about the Care Service using the Discount Code will be considered under the general conditions specified in the Regulations of the Website and/or Application
2. If the Discount Code does not work, please contact Animalhotels.com via e-mail to the following address: info@animalhotels.com or by phone at +48 731 830 820.

Final Provisions

1. In the event of a change to these Regulations, the purchase of the Care Service is carried out on the basis of the Regulations in force on the day of placing the order.
2. All matters not provided for in these regulations are regulated by the Regulations of the Website and/or Application, as well as the provisions of Polish law, and above all the Civil Code, as well as the provisions of the Act on special conditions of consumer sales and amendments to the Civil Code and the Act on the protection of certain consumer rights and on liability for damage caused by a dangerous product and the Personal Data Protection Act.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Regulations in the form of annexes marked with a consecutive number and date. Animalhotels.com undertakes to inform about the changes in due time before they enter into force, in a way that allows Users to getting to know them.
4. The Regulations are valid from November 4, 2023.
