Introduction

1. This Regulation (hereinafter referred to as "the Regulation") defines the rules for using the Discount Coupon in the Internet Service and/or Application (hereinafter: Internet Service and/or Application) available at the website address https://animalhotels.com/ run by the owner of the website - animalhotels sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Łódź (90-318), ul. H. Sienkiewicza 72, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs, whose registry files are kept by the District Court for Łódź-Śródmieście in Łódź, XX Economic Department of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000934860, REGON 520527265, NIP 7252314345.

Definitions

Animalhotels.com - animalhotels limited liability company with its registered office in Łódź, ul. H. Sienkiewicza 72, 90-318 Łódź, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs, whose registry files are kept by the District Court for Łódź-Śródmieście in Łódź, XX Economic Department of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000934860, REGON 520527265, NIP 7252314345.

Promotional Campaign – a period during which Animalhotels.com grants Owners Discount Coupons.

Application - a mobile application animalhotels.com for Android and IOS systems allowing the use of Services provided by Animalhotels.com.

Expiration Date – the date by which the Discount Code can be redeemed in the Internet Service and/or Application and a purchase of the Care Service can be made.

Account - User Account within the Internet Service and/or Application, where, in particular, data provided by the User and presented opinions are collected.

Discount Coupon - an electronic coupon in the form of an informational code, entitling the User to redeem it on the Internet Service Animalhotels.com in the form of a percentage discount calculated from the value of the order fee.

Link - an electronic address that, when clicked, will take the User to the Registration entitling to receive the Discount Coupon.

Caregiver – denotes the provider of Care Service for the pet(s).

Internet Service Regulation - the regulation defining the rules of using the Internet Service located under the link: https://animalhotels.com/regulamin.

Regulation - this document along with all attachments, specifying the rules for using the Discount Coupon in the Internet Service and/or Application. The current version of the Regulation is available on the Internet Service and/or Application website at any time.

Registration - a procedure necessary to fully use the services provided by Animalhotels.com.

Internet Service - an internet service with extended functionality available at the address https://animalhotels.com, run by Animalhotels.com, through which the User may use Services, in particular.

Service - services provided electronically by Animalhotels.com and offered within the Internet Service and/or Application; These Services include, in particular: ordering, purchasing, paying for, or booking Care Service.

Care Service - paid services related to the care of a pet/pets provided by the Caregiver on behalf of the Owner.

User – a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit without legal personality, which the law grants legal capacity, using the Internet Service and/or Application.

Owner - a person using the Internet Service and/or Application, the owner of the pet(s), who is interested in the Care Service.

General Conditions

1. The organizer of the "Discount Coupon 8%" Promotional Campaign is Animalhotels.com.
2. The Promotional Campaign lasts until November 30, 2023.
3. The Discount Coupon granted during the Promotional Campaign is valid for one year from the date of granting.
4. The Discount Coupon cannot be purchased. Animalhotels.com commits to providing the Owner with the Discount Coupon, as part of the organized Promotional Campaign.
5. The Discount Coupon can be used when purchasing Care Service not covered by other promotions in the Internet Service and/or Application. Discount Coupons can be used only within a specified time and only within one Care Service purchase transaction.
6. The Discount Coupon is not exchangeable for cash (cash) in whole or in part or material means and cannot be returned to Animalhotels.com.
7. The Discount Coupon is active from the moment it is handed over to the Owner by Animalhotels.com.
8. The Discount Coupon received from Animalhotels.com is for single use.
9. By using the Discount Coupon, the Owner declares that he has read the content of this Regulation, accepts its provisions in their entirety, and agrees to receive commercial information sent by electronic communication means.
10. Consent to receive commercial information sent by electronic communication means is voluntary, and the Owner can change consent at any time in the privacy settings in the Internet Service and/or Application.

Principles of transferring and using the Discount Code.

1. The Discount Coupon is made available at the moment of the Owner's Registration through the Link provided during the marketing campaign organized by Animalhotels.com or the Link placed in the Internet Service and/or Application.
2. The Discount Coupon will be active and available for viewing on the Owner's Account. The name of the Discount Coupon, its value, Expiration Date are also available.
3. The use of the sent Discount Coupon depends on the Owner. The Owner has the option not to use the provided Discount Coupon; in such a case, it is enough not to click the sent Discount Coupon during the finalization of purchasing Care Service in the Internet Service and/or Application.
4. To use the Discount Coupon provided by Animalhotels.com, click the "apply coupon" button when purchasing Care Service in the Internet Service and/or Application.
5. Using the Discount Coupon will reduce the value of the purchased Care Service by the percentage value of the Discount Coupon provided to the Owner.
6. The Owner can use the Discount Coupon only once. Information on whether the Discount Coupon has been used is located in the "Your coupons" tab.
7. The Discount Coupon can be used if the Owner has an account in the Internet Service and/or Application, i.e., after logging in or Registering such an account in the Internet Service and/or Application.
8. Discount Coupons do not accumulate with each other.
9. Animalhotels.com has the right to refuse the realization of the Discount Coupon in case of the expiration of its Expiration Date. Thus, the Discount Coupon expires along with the expiration of its Expiration Date.
10. The Discount Coupon can be used exclusively by the Owner and cannot be transferred to third parties.

Cancellation of Care Services

1. In the event that the Owner or Caregiver resigns from the Care Service, the granted Discount Coupon is forfeited to the Owner.
2. The Owner wanting to resign from the Care Services will receive a refund according to the Internet Service Regulation.

Complaints about Care Services

1. All complaints about Care Service using the Discount Code will be considered under the general conditions specified in the Internet Service Regulation and/or Application.
2. If the Discount Code does not work to get help, contact Animalhotels.com via email at info@animalhotels.com or by phone at +48 731 830 820.

Final Provisions

1. In the event of a change to this Regulation, the purchase of Care Service is carried out based on the Regulation in force on the date of placing the order.
2. Any issues not covered by this regulation are regulated by the Internet Service Regulation and/or Application, as well as the provisions of Polish law, primarily the Civil Code, as well as the provisions of the Act on specific conditions of consumer sale and amendment of the Civil Code and the Act on the protection of certain consumer rights and on liability for damage caused by a dangerous product and the Act on personal data protection.
3. The organizer reserves the right to change the Regulation in the form of annexes marked with a consecutive number and date Animalhotels.com commits to inform about the changes in an appropriate time before their entry into force, in a way that enables Users to familiarize themselves with them.
4. The Regulation is effective from October 20, 2023.
