How to delete an account?

The deletion of the account will appear in the User Panel. After clicking the red button and confirming that you want to delete your account, the screen will ask, "Why do you decide to delete your account?" and answer:

  • I no longer want to take care of animals
  • I am not satisfied with the performance of the application
  • I have not had bookings from customers
  • Other reasons

The above mini-survey will let us know what the user is dissatisfied with. Further, after selecting the answer, a dialog box will appear on the screen with the message: "The account deletion request has been forwarded to support. The account will be deleted within 7 business days. If you have any questions, please contact us by e-mail: or phone: +48 731 830 820".
