A higher level can be obtained through thoughtful and responsible activities related to the individual stages of booking care on the website All points will appear in your account history. Your actions will be rewarded with the appropriate number of points, thanks to which you will increase your credibility and position in the eyes of potential customers. Each subsequent point brings you closer to reaching the next levels of the ranking. The activities assessed are:

  • registration in Stripe
  • sending the reservation by the client
  • acceptance of the booking by the hotel as soon as possible
  • cancellation of the booking by the hotel
  • payment via the website
  • positive conclusion of the booking
  • customer feedback with a minimum grade of 3
  • issuing a response to the customer's opinion
