Introduction

1. This Regulation (hereinafter referred to as "Regulation") defines the rules for using the Discount Coupon in the Online Service and/or Application (hereinafter: Online Service and/or Application) available at the website address https://animalhotels.com/ operated by the owner of the online service - animalhotels sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Łódź (90-318) at H. Sienkiewicza St. 72, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs, whose registration files are kept by the District Court for Łódź-Central in Łódź, XX Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000934860, REGON 520527265, NIP 7252314345.

Definitions

Animalhotels.com - animalhotels limited liability company with its registered office in Łódź at H. Sienkiewicza St. 72, 90-318 Łódź, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs, whose registration files are kept by the District Court for Łódź-Central in Łódź, XX Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000934860, REGON 520527265, NIP 7252314345.

Promotional Action – a period of time during which Animalhotels.com grants Owners Discount Coupons.

Application - the animalhotels.com mobile application for Android and IOS systems allowing the use of Services provided by Animalhotels.com.

Validity Date – the date by which the Discount Code can be redeemed in the Online Service and/or Application and make a purchase of the Care Service.

Account - User Account within the Online Service and/or Application, where in particular data provided by the User and presented opinions are collected.

Discount Coupon - an electronic coupon in the form of an informational code, entitling the User to redeem it on the Online Service Animalhotels.com in the form of a percentage discount calculated from the order commission value.

Link - an electronic address that, when clicked, will transfer the User to the Registration entitling to receive the Discount Coupon.

Guardian – refers to the provider of Care Service for an animal or animals.

Online Service Regulation - regulation defining the rules of using the Online Service located under the link: https://animalhotels.com/regulation.

Regulation - this document along with all attachments, defining the rules of using the Discount Coupon in the Online Service and/or Application. The current version of the Regulation is available on the Online Service and/or Application website at any time.

Registration - a procedure necessary for full use of services provided by Animalhotels.com.

Online Service - an online service with extensive functionality available at https://animalhotels.com, operated by Animalhotels.com, through which the User can use Services in particular.

Service - services provided electronically by Animalhotels.com and offered within the Online Service and/or Application; These Services in particular include: ordering, purchasing, paying for, or booking a Care Service.

Care Service - paid services related to the care of an animal/animals provided by the Guardian on behalf of the Owner.

User – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit without legal personality, which the law grants legal capacity, using the Online Service and/or Application.

Owner - a person using the Online Service and/or Application, the owner of an animal/animals, who is interested in the Care Service.

General Conditions

1. The organizer of the "10% Discount Coupon" Promotional Action is Animalhotels.com.
2. The Promotional Action lasts until April 30, 2024.
3. The Discount Coupon granted during the Promotional Action is valid for one year from the date of granting.
4. The Discount Coupon cannot be acquired by purchase. Animalhotels.com commits to providing the Owner with the Discount Coupon as part of the organized Promotional Action.
5. The Discount Coupon can be used for the purchase of Care Services not covered by other promotions in the Online Service and/or Application. Discount coupons can be used only for a specified time and only within a single transaction of purchasing Care Service.
6. The Discount Coupon is not exchangeable for cash (in whole or in part) or material goods and cannot be returned to Animalhotels.com.
7. The Discount Coupon is active from the moment it is provided to the Owner by Animalhotels.com.
8. The Discount Coupon received from Animalhotels.com is for single use.
9. By using the Discount Coupon, the Owner declares that he has read the content of this Regulation, accepts its provisions in full, and agrees to receive commercial information sent by electronic communication means.
10. Consent to receive commercial information sent by electronic communication means is voluntary, and the Owner can change the consent at any time in the privacy settings in the Online Service and/or Application.

Rules for the provision and use of the Discount Code.

1. The provision of the Discount Coupon occurs at the moment of the Owner's Registration through the Link provided during the marketing campaign organized by Animalhotels.com or the Link placed in the Online Service and/or Application or the button placed in the Online Service and/or Application.
2. The Discount Coupon will be active and visible on the Owner's Account. The name of the Discount Coupon, its value, Validity Date are also provided.
3. The use of the sent Discount Coupon depends on the Owner. The Owner has the option not to use the provided Discount Coupon, in which case it is sufficient not to click the provided Discount Coupon during the finalization of purchasing Care Service in the Online Service and/or Application.
4. To use the Discount Coupon provided by Animalhotels.com, click the "apply coupon" button during the purchase of Care Service in the Online Service and/or Application.
5. Using the Discount Coupon will reduce the value of the purchased Care Service by the percentage value of the Discount Coupon provided to the Owner.
6. The Owner can use the Discount Coupon only once. Information on whether the Discount Coupon has been used is located in the "Your coupons" tab.
7. The Discount Coupon can be used if the Owner has an account in the Online Service and/or Application, i.e., after logging in or Registering such an account in the Online Service and/or Application.
8. Discount Coupons do not accumulate.
9. Animalhotels.com has the right to refuse the realization of the Discount Coupon in case of expiration of its Validity Date. Thus, the Discount Coupon expires along with the expiration of its Validity Date.
10. The Discount Coupon can only be used by the Owner and cannot be transferred to third parties.

Cancellation of Care Services

1. In case the Owner or Guardian cancels the Care Service, the granted Discount Coupon is forfeited to the Owner.
2. The Owner wishing to cancel the Care Services will receive a refund in accordance with the Online Service Regulation.

Complaints of Care Services

1. All complaints of Care Service using the Discount Code will be considered on general terms defined in the Online Service Regulation and/or Application.
2. If the Discount Code does not work to receive help contact Animalhotels.com via email at info@animalhotels.com or by phone at +48 731 830 820.

Final Provisions

1. In case of changes to this Regulation, the purchase of Care Service is made based on the Regulation in force on the date of placing the order.
2. All matters not provided for by this regulation are regulated by the Online Service Regulation and/or Application, as well as the provisions of Polish law, primarily the Civil Code, as well as the provisions of the Act on special conditions of consumer sale and amendment of the Civil Code and the Act on the protection of certain consumer rights and on liability for damage caused by a dangerous product and the Act on personal data protection.
3. The organizer reserves the right to change the Regulation in the form of annexes marked with consecutive numbers and dates. Animalhotels.com commits to informing about changes in an appropriate time before they come into effect, in a way that allows Users to familiarize themselves with them.
4. The Regulation is effective from February 6, 2023.
