I. Entry

  1.   5. Pricelist – a comparative statement of the price range of Care Service Offers
  6. Payment Service Provider - an entity belonging to payment services for Users as part of the Website and/or Application: Stripe, Inc. based in Ireland and the United States
  7. Action - activities carried out by the Users of the Website and/or Application, such as: cancellation or acceptance of the Reservation, registration in Stripe, payment for the Care Service, Reservation, issuing an Opinion and responding to it
  8. Marketing Action - publication of a post, video, relations in social media of the Guardian.
  9. Gamification - an IT solution supporting the game, consists in gaining Points and achieving Level skills by Caregivers
  10. Account - User's Account within the Website and/or Application, where data provided by the User and external opinions are collected
  11. Level - a detailed stage reached after reaching the number of points
  12. Offer - announcement of an offer of hotel services for animals, which is placed on animalhotels.com by the Guardian
  13. Guardian - means the provider of the Care Service for an animal and/or animals
  14. Profile - the public part of the User Account applies to among others. information about a specific user, his background, qualifications and/or specific; is publicly available as well as for non-logged-in users or viewers
  15. Point - a unit representing the assessment in Gamification, considering itself as a specific action
  16. Regulations - examination of the document along with the examination of the application, evaluation of the rules of using the Website and/or Application. The current version of the Regulations is available on the Website and/or Application at any time.
  17. Registration - direct procedure for using services by Animalhotels.com
  18. Reservation of services - means an order, purchase, provision or reservation of a Care Service
  19. Website - a website with a shared service available at www.animalhotels.com, run by the Service Provider, via transmission, the User can use the service from
  20. Status "Paid" - message of the Website and/or Application indicating the amount of money by the Owner with the service of Delivery of Payment Services to the Caregiver
  21. Status "Completed" - a message from the Website and/or Application indicating that the Care Service has been performed by the Caregiver
  22. Agreement for the provision of services - a paid agreement between the Caretaker and the Owner, the subject of which is the provision of Care Services
  23. Service - services provided by Animalhotels.com and offered as part of the Website and/or Application; These services are in each: ordering, purchasing, requesting services or booking care services
  24. Care Service - paid services related to the care of an animal/animals provided by the Caregiver to the Owner
  25. User - a natural person, legal person or organizational unit without legal personality, to whom the law grants appropriate, subject to the Website and/or Application

  25. User - a natural person, legal person or organizational unit without legal personality, to whom the law grants appropriate, subject to the Website and/or Application
  26. Owner - person using from the Website and/or the Application, the owner of an animal/animals who is interested in the Care Service
  27. Reservation completion - performance of the Care Service by the Caretaker

III. General

  1. The terms of use of the Website and/or the Application are set out in the Regulations. Each User of the Website is obliged to read the Regulations.

IV. Scope and nature of services provided

  1. Animalhotels.com grants Users access to the Website and/or Application enabling establishing contact between the Owner and the Caregiver in order to conclude contracts for the provision of Care Services.
  2. Animalhotels.com is not a party to any agreements between the Owner and the Caretaker and thus bears no responsibility towards Users for Care Services.
  3. Animalhotels.com provides for Users among others. the following Services: enabling the use of the Account, providing a search engine for Carers, enabling booking Care Services, concluding Care Agreements, enabling Users to publish opinions about Caregivers and Care Services.
  4. Animalhotels.com does not take responsibility for the owners' negligence regarding the Booking of Care Services.
  5. As part of the Website and/or Application, the Guardian may offer various types of Care Services.
  6. Animalhotels.com does not employ Owners and/or Caregivers.
  7. The Owners are responsible for evaluating the Guardian who performed the Care Service. The owner should personally assess whether the Keeper meets the required criteria for animal care.

V. Technical requirements

  1. The use of the Website depends on the User having a device with Internet access, such as a PC, laptop or mobile device such as a tablet or smartphone, equipped with an updated operating system and one of the following updated browsers: Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Opera or Safari with Javascript enabled, Internet connection with a bandwidth of at least 256 kbit/s.
  2. Animalhotels allows the possibility of downloading the Application from the online store: App Store for iOS, Google Play for Android. Downloading the Application from the above-mentioned stores is free of charge. The device on which the Application is to be launched and installed must have an updated operating system to one of the latest versions.
  3. The Application is available to Users using mobile devices that meet the technical requirements indicated above, for which Users will download the Application, install it and launch it correctly.
  4. Animalhotels.com is not a provider of data transmission services. The costs of data transmission required to run and use the Website/and Application are covered by Users on their own, based on separate agreements concluded with telecommunications operators or other Internet access providers.

VI. Terms of use of the Website and/or Application

  1. The User confirms that he has read and accepts the content of the Regulations and the Privacy Policy, which is available at: .
  2. The User undertakes to use the Website and/or the Application in a manner consistent with the law and its intended purposes.
  3. The User undertakes:
    • not to take actions that contradict and/or hinder the operation of the Website and/or the Application;
    • not to publish materials that insult honor, dignity and business reputation, promote violence, pornography, drugs, weapons, any kind of hostility or hostility for any reason, contain calls for illegal or unlawful acts, advertise the provision of intimate services;
    • not to use the Website and/or the Application for purposes that are unlawful or not provided for in the Regulations;
    • immediately notify Animalhotels.com of any violation (or threat of violation) of their rights or the rights of third parties in connection with the use of the Website and/or Application. Any notifications should be reported to the Service Provider via e-mail to the following e-mail address: info@animalhotels.com.
  4. The Keeper undertakes to immediately respond to the Owner's messages and be in constant contact with him.
  5. It is forbidden to:
  • posting content that is vulgar or contains profanity, or content generally considered offensive;
  • using the Animalhotels.com Services in order to organize the provision of Care Services with another User, then carry out transactions regarding these services outside the Website and/or the Application;
  • delivery of malware;
  • interfere in any way with the content and appearance of the Website and/or Application;
  • posting content that violates the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights;
  • posting content that undermines the good name or reputation of Animalhotels.com;
  • spamming or advertising other services;
  • posting false information in the Profile, during registration and when using the Website and/or Application;
  • arranging the care of exotic, dangerous, endangered, venomous as well as horses or other farm animals or animals that have a history of attacking people;
  • post reviews about Caregivers that are not based on the Owners' personal experience, that are intentionally inaccurate or misleading, or that violate these Rules;
  • post "spam" or other unauthorized commercial communications;
  • transfer or unauthorized use of your account on the Website and/or Application by any other person, or engage in fraudulent transactions.

VII. Registration

  1. In order to use the full functionality of the Website and/or the Application, the User is obliged to have an active Profile. User registration enables the creation of an Account.
  2. The User agrees to send an SMS message with a numeric code to the number entered during Registration to the Website and/or Application.
  3. The User may only be a natural person with full legal capacity, a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality, to which the law grants legal capacity. In the case of legal persons and organizational units without legal personality, only a person authorized to act on behalf of these entities may create an Account on their behalf and perform any activities within the Website and/or Application.
  4. During the registration process and when using the Website and/or the Application, the User is obliged to provide true, correct and up-to-date data, which he/she is authorized to use. The user is obliged to update the data in the event of a change.
  5. After correctly completing the registration form, the User will receive a message from the Service Provider via notifications with a code that will confirm the entered data. After positive verification of the data by the User, the completion of the registration process will be confirmed, after which the User will be able to log in to the Account.
  6. User registration is free of charge and can only be done via the Website and/or the Application.
  7. The User may have only one Account on the Website and/or Application.
  8. The User may not give anyone the password and login to his account on the Website and/or the Application, as well as log in using the data of another User.
  9. The User understands and agrees that he/she is fully responsible for the activities on the Profile and is obliged to inform Animalhotels.com of unauthorized access to it.
  10. Upon confirmation of the registration procedure by the User, an Agreement for an indefinite period is concluded between Animalhotels.com and the User, unless the User has not met the conditions required by the Regulations. Then there is no contract.
  11. In the event of deactivation of the provided mobile phone number, the User agrees to immediately update his/her Profile information to ensure that messages will not be sent to the person who obtained the User's old number.
  12. The User accepts that Animalhotels.com will have access to the data and information provided on the Website and/or Application by the User.

VIII. Privacy policy

  1. .
  2. The administrator, within the meaning of the GDPR, of the personal data of the Owners who inquired about the Care Service is Animalhotels.com. In order to enable the provision of the Website and/or Application Services, it is necessary to entrust Animalhotels.com with the processing of personal data by the Supervisor. If the Guardian does not conclude a Contract for the Provision of Care Services as part of his professional or business activity, he is not obliged to comply with the provisions of the GDPR.
  3. In particular, as part of the Website and/or Applications and Services, Users will use the functionality of the Website and/or Applications ([e.g.](http://m.in/. notifications, sending messages), and Animalhotels.com will process data on behalf of Users under the conditions set out in this personal data processing agreement, while the User remains the administrator of such personal data.
  4. As part of the provision of Services to the User, Animalhotels.com processes these personal data at the User's request. Upon conclusion of the Agreement, the User entrusts Animalhotels.com with the processing of personal data (entrustment agreement).
  5. Animalhotels.com declares that it has the appropriate means, including appropriate safeguards, enabling the processing of personal data in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR and ensures that it takes all measures required under Art. 32 of the GDPR and meets the requirements set out in art. 28 GDPR.
  6. Animalhotels.com processes personal data only at the documented request of the User - which also applies to the transfer of personal data to a third country or an international organization - unless such an obligation is imposed on Animalhotels.com by law Union or Member State law to which Animalhotels.com is subject; in this case, before the processing begins, the processing entity informs the User about this legal obligation, unless this law prohibits the provision of such information due to important public interest.
  7. Animalhotels.com ensures that persons authorized to process personal data have committed themselves to confidentiality or are subject to an appropriate statutory obligation of confidentiality;
  8. Animalhotels.com takes all measures required under Art. 32 of the GDPR and complies with the terms of use of the services of another processing entity, referred to in art. 28 sec. 2 and 4 GDPR.
  9. Animalhotels.com taking into account the nature of the processing, helps the administrator, if possible, through appropriate technical and organizational measures to meet the obligation to respond to the data subject's requests in the field of performance her rights set out in Chapter III of the GDPR.
  10. Animalhotels.com, taking into account the nature of the processing and the information available to it, helps the administrator to fulfill the obligations set out in art. 32-36 GDPR.
  11. Animalhotels.com may entrust the processing of personal data entrusted by the User to other entities in order to implement the functionality of the Website and/or Application and as part of internal User service processes, including in particular: suppliers to the SMS operator, e-mail operator, programming company, e-mail service provider, accounting, law firm, entities providing cloud solutions and other solutions used by [Animalhotels.com](http://animalhotels .com/) in current activities that involve the processing of personal data (general consent of the administrator).
  12. Animalhotels.com will inform the User about any intended changes regarding the addition or replacement of other processors, at least 7 (seven) business days before the planned start of processing by another processor, allowing Users thus express their objection to the use of another processing entity by the User. In the absence of such an objection, the User is deemed to have agreed to the change.
  13. Termination of the contract for entrusting the processing of personal data will result in the inability to provide Animalhotels.com Services under the Agreement for the User, to the extent that data processing is required, the administrator of which is the User. Animalhotels.com after the end of the provision of services related to processing, depending on the User's decision, deletes or returns to him all personal data and deletes all existing copies, unless Union law or Member State law requires storage personal data.
  14. Animalhotels.com provides the User with all information necessary to demonstrate compliance with the obligations set out in the personal data processing agreement and enables the User to conduct audits, including inspections, and contributes to them, subject to that the User is obliged to notify about the planned audit in advance, at least 7 days in advance.
  15. Animalhotels.com immediately informs the User if he considers that the instruction given to him is in breach of this Regulation or other Union or Member State data protection legislation.
  16. Animalhotels.com is not responsible for the legality of the personal data obtained by the Guardian or for the compliance of its activities with the GDPR. Animalhotels.com may provide the Guardian with tips or own opinion in this regard, but it is not for both Animalhotels.com and The binding Guardian, in particular, does not extend the scope of the Guardian's Services and the Agreement for the provision of Care Services.
  17. Animalhotels.com exhaustively responds to each User's inquiry related to data processing within 3 (three) business days from the date of delivery of the inquiry.
  18. Animalhotels.com undertakes to report violations related to data processing to the User. In particular, Animalhotels.com undertakes to immediately, but not later than within 36 (thirty six) hours from the moment of receiving the information, inform the User about any events that may result in his liability as an administrator, on the basis of generally applicable provisions related to the protection of personal data.
  19. In the case of processing entrusted personal data outside the EU, Animalhotels.com will provide the User with a copy of documents that constitute the premise for the legality of this activity (e.g. a document of standard contractual clauses in force in the contract with the so-called sub-processor).

IX. Terms of use

  1. Using the Website and/or the Application requires the use of OpenStreetMap functions and content.
  2. The use of OpenStreetMap is subject to the current additional terms of service at https://openstreetmap.org.pl/o-openstreetmap/wyzysknie-mapy/warunki-licencyjne/ and the Copyright Policy https://www.openstreetmap.org/ copyright/pl.
  3. By using the Website and/or the Application, the User confirms and accepts the terms and conditions of OpenStreetMap to the extent they apply to Users.
  4. Any unauthorized use of OpenStreetMap features and content may result in suspension or termination of the use of the Website and/or Application.

X. Intellectual property rights

  1. Animalhotels.com has all intellectual property rights to the Website and/or Application and to their individual elements, therefore the use of the Website and/or Application in a manner or for inconsistent with the Regulations or the provisions of generally applicable law is not allowed and results in the User's liability towards Animalhotels.com.
  2. Using the Website and/or Application does not grant the User any license or right to use any trademarks on the Website and/or Application.
  3. You may not copy or transfer any texts, photographs, trademarks, service marks, except for content from Users, except for using them on your computer for private and non-commercial purposes. All copyright, trademark, and any other proprietary rights notices must appear on all copies that you print or otherwise create.
  4. The User declares that he has all rights, including proprietary copyrights, to the content, and that the use of this content will not infringe the rights of third parties
  5. The User declares that his rights do not threaten and do not infringe the rights of third parties, in particular, they do not infringe their property and moral rights, and ensures that he has satisfied, or will satisfy, until the date of posting the content as part of the Website and/or Application, related to with them any rights of third parties in connection with the content of these materials.
  6. The User declares that in the event of a third party making claims arising from the violation of the rights set out above, he will compensate Animalhotels.com for the costs incurred in connection with the filing of claims for damages against him, releasing the Service Provider from any obligations that arise in this respect.
  7. Upon making the content available, it grants Animalhotels.com a free, non-exclusive, territorially unlimited license for the duration of the Agreement with the possibility of its extension, to use the User's content, along with the right to sub-licensing ("Licence").
  8. All copyright, trademark, and any other rights accompanying proprietary content must appear on all copies that you print or otherwise create.
  9. Other products, services or designations of entities on the Website and/or Application belong to the Suppliers and may be presented on the Website and/or Application for identification purposes only. You should contact the relevant Providers regarding such designations and their Registration status.

XI. Reservations

  1. Owners and Service Providers conduct transactions with each other when they both agree to a reservation that specifies the fees, period, cancellation policy and other conditions for the provision of Services through the reservation mechanism available on the Website and/or Application ("reservations").
  2. The booking can be initiated by the Caretaker or the Owner by selecting the type of Service to be provided and then following the instructions on the screen.
  3. The Owner initiates the Reservation of Services, agrees to pay for the Care Services in the Reservation after clicking the "Reserve" button.

XII. Payments

  1. The Website and/or the Application concludes an agreement with the Payment Service Provider for the processing of online payments and for the storage of Users' data regarding information on credit cards, debit cards or other payment methods offered on the Website and/or the Application.
  2. The User will be informed on the Website and/or the Application in a visible manner about the current price of the selected Services, including the current amount of the Fee for the Maintenance Service.
  3. Using the payment services available on the Website and/or the Application involves establishing a separate legal relationship with the Payment Service Provider and accepting its regulations (available at: https://stripe.com/en-pl/privacy; https: //stripe.com/en-pl/legal). The Website and/or the Application is not a party to such a relationship and it is not possible to interfere with its content or manner of implementation. In the event of any problems with the payment, the User should contact the Payment Service Provider to clarify doubts or submit a complaint. The Website and/or the Application does not assume responsibility for the execution of the payment service by an external service provider.
  4. The Provider of Payment Services and/or Applications may process data such as: bank account number, name, surname, company name, company identification number, date of birth, e-mail address, telephone number, registered and/or residence address, card number credit or debit card and other data for the proper functioning of the services offered.
  5. To confirm personal data, the Payment Service Provider may request a scan of the User's ID card.
  6. The Care Service is a transaction between the Owner and the Provider.
  7. Payment for the Care Service is made using a credit card, debit card or other payment method that is offered on the Website and/or the Application.
  8. The amount due for the Care Service is kept on the escrow account operated by the Payment Service Provider. With the start of the transaction, the Payment Service Provider collects funds from the Owner for the Provider and stores these funds in an escrow account until their withdrawal.
  9. The payment of the amount due for the Care Service takes place immediately on the last day of the Care Service and is paid by the Payment Service Provider directly to the Provider's bank account without additional fees.
  10. The Website and/or the Application does not offer any payment services, does not participate in the payment process and is not responsible for the information provided by Users within the scope of applicable law.
  11. Users are responsible for providing true details of credit cards, debit cards or other payment methods offered on the Website and/or Application.
  12. The use of the services provided by the Payment Service Provider is allowed only on its own behalf. Use by third parties is prohibited.

XII. Fees

  1. Owners may purchase the Care Service by making a Reservation as described in point X.
  2. Upon acceptance of the Reservation, the Owner concludes a transaction with the Supplier and agrees to pay all fees indicated in the Reservation. The transaction must be completed before the date of commencement of the Care Service.
  3. The total amount that the Owners are charged for the Reservation also includes the service fee for the Website and/or the Application.
  4. The Owner agrees to pay a service fee as part of the Reservation and it is charged for each Reservation.
  5. The service fee is 10% and is calculated as a percentage of the fees for each Reservation.
  6. When the Owner pays for the Care Services, the Owner will need to provide the Payment Service Provider with valid, current payment card or other payment information and retain this payment information (or other acceptable alternative payment method). saved in the Account, unless there are any overdue, confirmed reservations.
  7. The role of Animalhotels.com is to facilitate payments from Owners to Suppliers.
  8. The owner is responsible for keeping payment information up to date.
  9. If the Payment Service Provider cannot charge the Owner on time because the payment information is no longer valid and/or the payment is not received on time, neither the Service Provider nor the Provider will be liable for any failure to perform the Care Services.
  10. In case of cancellation or complaint, the entire rate set in the Booking is returned.

XIII. Complaints regarding the operation of the Website and/or Application

  1. Any complaints regarding the incorrect functioning of the Website and/or the Application should be reported to animahlotels.com via e-mail to the following address: [info@animalhotels.com](mailto:info@ animalhotels.com). Animalhotels.com reserves the right to request information or explanations from the advertiser in a situation where it is required to recognize the complaint.
  2. The complaint will be considered within 30 calendar days from the date of its receipt.
  3. The response to the complaint will be sent to the e-mail address provided in the complaint.

XIV. Complaints regarding Care Services

  1. Complaints regarding non-performance or improper performance of the Care Service should be addressed directly to the Caregivers.
  2. The Caregiver is responsible to the Owner for considering complaints regarding the Caregiver's Services in accordance with generally applicable laws.

XV. Cancellation

  1. The Owner who wants to cancel the Reservation should use the mechanisms available on the Website and/or the Application.
  2. For the purposes of the terms and conditions contained in this section, the date of cancellation is the date of cancellation by the User via the Website and/or Application, regardless of any separate communication between Users outside the Website and/or Application.
  3. If the Owner cancels the Reservation before the Care Service period specified in the Reservation, Animalhotels.com will refund fees in accordance with the cancellation policy. Animalhotels.com initiates refunds through the Payment Service Provider.
  4. The cancellation rules described in these Regulations may apply in the event of situations beyond the control of the Carers and/or Owners, which prevent the provision of the Care Service on the terms agreed in the Booking, such as evacuation, earthquakes, hurricane, fire, flood, war, riots, flooding, serious illnesses, accidents, breakage, non-compliance of dates or other similar events that prevent the provision of the Care Service.

XVI. Reviews

  1. The Website and/or the Application may provide the opportunity to leave a subjective opinion on the Carers and their Care Services.
  2. The opinion may be issued after the Booking is completed.
  3. An opinion may be issued only by a logged-in Owner who has made a Reservation of Services on the Website and/or Application and paid for it through the Payment Service Provider.
  4. The opinion appears on the Caregiver's Profile automatically when it is issued by the Owner.
  5. The opinion may not violate the provisions of generally applicable law, and in particular may not contain: profanity, content that is untrue, defamatory or constitutes an act of unfair competition, advertising content, data of Users or other natural persons, content infringing the rights of third parties, including including intellectual property rights, good manners, personal rights, including the good name, reputation of other Users or third parties, content that is untrue, defamatory or constitutes an act of unfair competition.
  6. It is forbidden to publish opinions about the Carers that are not based on the personal experience of the Owners, that are intentionally inaccurate or misleading, or that violate these Rules.
  7. Animalhotels.com is not obliged to provide the Caregivers with the content of any opinions about them sent by other Users of the Website and/or Application, both before and after closing the account on the Website and/or Application.
  8. The Guardian has the option of adding a response to a given Opinion. Feedback rules apply to responses.
  9. A reply to the Opinion may be issued after the Owner has issued the Opinion.
  10. A reply to the Opinion may be issued by a logged in Supervisor.
  11. Animalhotels.com is not responsible for any removal, disclosure, loss or modification of these reviews.
  12. Animalhotels.com reserves the right to review and remove these opinions from the Website and/or the Application at any time, which in the opinion of Animalhotels.com are contrary to the Regulations or the law. Deleting a review is irreversible.

XVII. Gamification

  1. The Website and/or the Application uses the game mechanism hereinafter referred to as Gamification.
  2. Gamification on the Website and/or Application includes earning Points for Actions taken by the Caretaker. Points are also awarded for the Owner's actions for the Caregiver. Points are awarded to the Guardian.

  5. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on websites or third party resources.

XIX. Change of regulations

  1. Animalhotels.com reserves the right to change the Regulations at any time.
  2. Amendments to the Regulations will be published in the form of a consolidated text along with information about their implementation on the website www.animalhotels.com.
  3. animahotels.com will notify the User about changes to the Regulations via e-mail sent to the e-mail address or via SMS to the number associated with the User's Account, 15 days before their entry into force.
  4. Animalhotels.com may amend the Regulations without observing the 15-day period referred to above, including with immediate effect, if: it is subject to a legal obligation, pursuant to which is obliged to change the Regulations in a way that prevents it from meeting the above-mentioned 15-day notification period, must, by way of exception, amend the Regulations in order to counteract an unforeseen and direct threat related to the protection of online intermediation services, Users against fraud, malware, spam, data breaches or other risks.
  5. The User may not accept changes to the Regulations and in such a case, demand removal of the Account by submitting an appropriate statement within 15 days from the date of notification of the change in the Regulations. In the absence of such a request, it is assumed that the User has accepted the changes without reservations.
  6. Unless otherwise agreed, all changes to these Regulations apply to all Users, including users who started using the Website and/or Application before the introduction of these changes.

XX. Termination of using the Website and/or Application

  1. Animalhotels.com may terminate this Agreement resulting from these Regulations at any time, informing the User about it in writing (also by e-mail) and/or if the User has an account , canceling his account and access to his account.
  2. Animalhotels.com may terminate this Agreement resulting from these Regulations by informing the User about it in writing (also by e-mail) in the event that the User has broken the rules of these Regulations and has an account by canceling his account and access to his account or by deactivating his offer.
  3. Animalhotels.com may terminate this Agreement resulting from these Regulations without informing the User about it, if the User has not provided any personal data other than the telephone number to which the Account was registered and has not logged into this Account within 60 days.
  4. The User may terminate this Agreement resulting from these Regulations at any time by deleting his account or ceasing to use the Website and/or the Application.

XXI. Final Provisions

  1. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.
  2. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions makes either party an agent or representative of the other party, or establishes a joint-venture or partnership relationship between the parties.
  3. The User may not transfer or assign his rights and obligations under these Regulations.
  4. Animalhotels.com may transfer the rights and obligations arising from these Regulations, without recognizing this transfer as a change to the Regulations and without prior notification to the User, provided that his rights resulting from from these Regulations.
  5. In the event that any of the provisions of these Regulations are deemed invalid or ineffective, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. Invalid or ineffective provisions of these Regulations will be replaced with provisions valid in the light of law and fully effective, as well as the closest to it.
  6. In the event of disputes, the European Union provides a European platform for online dispute resolution https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Provides information about alternative dispute resolution methods that the User can use in the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved.
