Introduction

1. The present Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: "Terms and Conditions") define the terms of use of the animalhotels.com Website and Application (hereinafter: "Website and/or Application") available at: https://animalhotels.com/ operated by the owner of the website - animalhotels sp. z o.o. (limited liability company) with its registered office in Łódź, H. Sienkiewicza 72, 90-318 Łódź, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for Łódź-Śródmieście in Łódź, XX Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000934860, REGON (National Business Registry Number) 520527265, NIP (Tax Identification Number) 7252314345.
2. The Service Provider can be contacted via e-mail at info@animalhotels.co.uk.

Definitions

Animalhotels.com – animalhotels sp. z o.o. (limited liability company) with its registered office in Łódź, H. Sienkiewicza 72, 90-318 Łódź, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for Łódź-Śródmieście in Łódź, XX Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000934860, REGON 520527265, NIP 7252314345.

Promotional Campaign – a period during which animalhotels.com grants Discount Coupons to Owners.

Application – the animalhotels.com mobile application for Android and IOS systems that allows Users to use the Services provided by animalhotels.com.

Expiry Date – a date until which a Discount Code can be redeemed on the Website and/or Application and a Care Service purchase can be made using it.

Account – a User Account within the Website and/or Application, in which, in particular, the data and reviews provided by the User are stored.

Discount Coupon – an electronic coupon in the form of a code that entitles the User to redeem it at animalhotels.com in the form of a percentage discount calculated on the commission value of the order.

Link – an electronic address which redirects the User to the Registration allowing them to receive a Discount Coupon.

Caretaker – a provider of the Animal(s) Care Service.

Website Terms and Conditions – the terms and conditions governing the use of https://animalhotels.com/gb/terms-and-conditions.

Terms and Conditions – the present document with all its appendices specifying the terms of use of the Website and/or Application. The current version of the Terms and Conditions is available on the Website and/or Application at any time.

Registration – the procedure required to make full use of the services provided by animalhotels.com.

Website – website with enhanced functionality available at https://animalhotels.com/, operated by animalhotels.com, through which the User may use the Services.

Service – the services provided electronically by animalhotels.com and offered via the Website or Application, including in particular: ordering, acquiring, paying for or booking Care Services.

Care Service – paid services related to the care of the animal(s) provided by a Caretaker to an Owner.

User – a natural person, legal person or organisational unit with no legal personality, to whom the Act grants legal capacity, using the Website or Application.

Owner – a person using the Website and/or Application, an owner of the animal(s) interested in Care Services.

General conditions

1. The organiser of the ‘10% Discount Coupon’ Promotional Campaign is animalhotels.com.
2. The Promotional Campaign lasts until 31 December 2024.
3. The Discount Coupon awarded during the Promotional Campaign is valid for one year.
4. The Discount Coupon may not be purchased. Animalhotels.com undertakes to provide the Owner with a Discount Coupon as part of the Promotional Campaign.
5. The Discount Coupon can be redeemed while purchasing Care Services not covered by other discounts on the Website and/or Application. Discount Coupons can only be redeemed within a certain period and during one Care Service purchase transaction.
6. The Discount Coupon cannot be exchanged for cash (in whole or in part) or for tangible assets and cannot be returned to animalhotels.com.
7. The Discount Coupon shall be active from the moment it is handed over to the Owner by animalhotels.com.
8. The Discount Coupon received from animalhotels.com is a single-use coupon.
9. By using the Discount Coupon, the Owner declares that they have read these Terms and Conditions, accept them in full and agree to receive commercial information sent via electronic means of communication.
10. Consent to receive commercial information sent via electronic means of communication is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time in the privacy settings on the Website and/or Application.

Rules for the provision and use of the Discount Code

1. The Discount Coupon is awarded at the time of the Owner's Registration through the Link provided during the marketing campaign organised by animalhotels.com, the Link posted on the Website and/or Application or the button displayed on the Website and/or Application.
2. The Discount Coupon will be active and available in the Owner's Account. The name of the Discount Coupon, its value and Expiry Date are also provided.
3. The use of the received Discount Coupon depends on the Owner. The Owner does not have to use the Discount Coupon, in which case it is sufficient not to select the Discount Coupon while completing the purchase of the Care Services on the Website and/or Application.
4. To use a Discount Coupon provided by animalhotels.com, select the "apply coupon" button during the purchase of Care Services on the Website and/or Application.
5. Using the Discount Coupon reduces the value of the purchased Care Services by the percentage of the Discount Coupon given to the Owner.
6. The Owner can only use a Discount Coupon once. Information on whether the Discount Coupon has been used is provided in "Your Coupons" tab.
7. The Discount Coupon may be used if the Owner has an account on the Website and/or Application, i.e. after logging in or setting up an account on the Website and/or Application.
8. It is possible to use only one Discount Coupon with one purchase.
9. Animalhotels.com has the right to refuse to redeem a Discount Coupon if its Expiry Date has passed. Thus, the Discount Coupon is not valid after its Expiry Date.
10. The Discount Coupon may only be used by the Owner and cannot be transferred to third parties.

Cancellation of Care Services

1. If the Owner or Caretaker cancels the Care Service, the Owner cannot redeem the Discount Coupon again.
2. The Owner who wants to cancel the Care Service receives a refund in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Website.

Complaints regarding Care Services

1. Any complaints regarding Care Services using a Discount Code will be handled in accordance with the general conditions set out in the Terms and Conditions of the Website and/or Application.
2. If a Discount Code does not work, Users should contact animalhotels.com via e-mail at info@animalhotels.co.uk.

Final provisions

1. In the event of changes to these Terms and Conditions, the purchase of Care Services shall be made on the basis of the Terms and Conditions in force on the date of placing the order.
2. All matters not provided for in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Terms and Conditions of the Website and/or Application, as well as by the provisions of Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the provisions of the Act on special conditions of consumer sales and amendments to the Civil Code, the Act on the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damages caused by hazardous products and the Act on personal data protection.
3. The Organiser reserves the right to revise the Terms and Conditions in the form of annexes marked with consecutive numbers and dates. Animalhotels.com undertakes to inform its Users of the changes in a timely manner prior to their entry into force.
4. The Terms and Conditions become effective on 08/01/2024.
