On 03/12/2025, the updated Terms and Service and Privacy Policy of the animalhotels website and mobile application will come into effect. The update is necessary to adapt the documents to changes in the website and mobile application that will be implemented in the near future and to clarify the provisions of the current Privacy Policy and Terms and Service.
Additionally, we have introduced editorial changes to improve the clarity of the Privacy Policy text.
Key Changes
Privacy Policy version 5.0.0
- We have added information about data retention periods, including:
- 1 month for remembering user preferences (CookieScriptConsent);
- 1 year and 1 month for maintaining user sessions after logging in.
- We have provided more details about the purpose of remembering user preferences regarding cookie consent.
- We have expanded information about marketing tools, adding:
- Google Ads and Microsoft Bing Ads (including Microsoft Clarity).
These changes aim to provide greater transparency in the use of cookies and better align our policy with users' needs.
Terms and Service version 6.0.0
- Change of point XII - adding a flat fee of PLN 15 to each reservation.
- Change of one of the sub-points XVIII - the calculation of points for a completed reservation has been changed. From now on, pet sitters will receive additional points for completing another reservation with the same client.

In accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the website and mobile application, the User has the right, before the date of entry into force of changes to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, to terminate the agreement without incurring any fees, effective from the date of informing the User about the planned change, but no later than the date on which these changes would be applied. In the event that the User files a written objection to changes to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and does not terminate the agreement, then the agreement expires on the day preceding the date of entry into force of the proposed changes, without the User incurring any additional fees for this reason.
