What to do if the sitter suggests settling outside the app?

Settling outside the app violates our regulations and may indicate dishonesty on the part of the sitter. We recommend avoiding cooperation with such a user.
We ensure that our community consists of reliable and trustworthy petsitters and pet hotels.
