If the petsitter causes problems (does not respond, behaves suspiciously), you can report the problem to the animalhotels team. To report a problem, simply click the "Report a problem" button in the booking details. Then just provide a reason in the dialog box and submit it. This report will be sent to animalhotels and the petsitter. The caregiver will automatically be asked to contact the animalhotels team to explain the situation.
By clicking the button, you stop the petsitter’s payment of money for care. Please remember that in order to report problems with your reservation, your reservation must be paid by animalhotels.
