New LATO10 promotion regulations

Introduction

  1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: “Terms and Conditions”) set out the rules for using the Discount Voucher in the Website and/or the Application (hereinafter: the Website and/or the Application) available at https://animalhotels.com/ operated by the owner of the website - the company animalhotels sp. z o.o with its registered office in Łódź (90-318) at ul. H. Sienkiewicza 72, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs, whose registration files are kept by the District Court for Łódź-Śródmieście in Łódź, 20th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000934860, REGON 520527265, NIP 7252314345.

Definitions

Animalhotels.com - animalhotels limited liability company with its registered office in Łódź at ul. H. Sienkiewicza 72, 90-318 Łódź, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs, whose registration files are kept by the District Court for Łódź-Śródmieście in Łódź, 20th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000934860, REGON 520527265, NIP 7252314345.

Promotional Campaign - a period of time during which Animalhotels.com grants Discount Vouchers to Owners by entering the Referral Code during Registration.

Application - the animalhotels.com mobile application for Android and IOS systems enabling the use of the Services provided by Animalhotels.com.

Expiry date - the date until which the Discount Code can be redeemed in the Website and/or the Application and, using it, the purchase of a Service for Pets can be made.

Account - the User’s Account within the Website and/or the Application, where in particular the data provided by the User is collected and reviews are presented.

Discount voucher - an electronic voucher in the form of an IT code, entitling the User to redeem it in the Animalhotels.com Website in the form of a percentage discount calculated on the value of the order commission.

Referral Code - an alphanumeric code which the User must enter in the “Referral code” field during Registration.

Petsitter - means the provider of the Service for Pets.

Website Terms and Conditions - the terms and conditions setting out the rules for using the Website available at: https://animalhotels.com/regulamin.

Terms and Conditions - this document together with all appendices, setting out the rules for using the Discount Voucher and the Referral Code in the Website and/or the Application. The current version of the Terms and Conditions is available on the Website and/or the Application at any time.

Registration - a procedure necessary for full use of the services provided by Animalhotels.com.

Website - a website with extensive functionality available at https://animalhotels.com, operated by Animalhotels.com, through which the User may in particular use the Services.

Service - services provided electronically by Animalhotels.com and offered within the Website and/or the Application; these Services include in particular: ordering, purchasing, paying for or booking a Service for Pets.

Service for Pets - paid services related to taking care of a pet/pets provided by the Petsitter to the Owner.

User - a natural person, a legal person or an organisational unit without legal personality, which is granted legal capacity by law, using the Website and/or the Application.

Owner - a person using the Website and/or the Application, the owner of a pet/pets, who is interested in the Service for Pets

I. General terms

  1. The organiser of the Promotional Campaign “Summer Discount Voucher 10%” is Animalhotels.com.
  2. The Referral Code entitling the Owner to receive the Discount Voucher is LATO10. Under the Promotional Campaign, a Discount Voucher with a value of 10% is granted.
  3. The Promotional Campaign lasts until 30.09.2025.
  4. The Discount Voucher granted during the Promotional Campaign is valid for one year from the date of granting.
  5. The Discount Voucher may be redeemed only for Services for Pets offered by Petsitters who have agreed to provide them at a reduced price.
  6. The Discount Voucher cannot be purchased. Animalhotels.com undertakes to provide the Owner with the Discount Voucher as part of the organised Promotional Campaign.
  7. The Discount Voucher may be used when purchasing a Service for Pets not covered by other promotions in the Website and/or the Application. Discount vouchers can be used only at a specified time and only within one transaction for purchasing a Service for Pets.
  8. The Discount Voucher is not exchangeable for cash in whole or in part or for goods and cannot be returned to Animalhotels.com.
  9. The Discount Voucher is active from the moment it is provided to the Owner by Animalhotels.com.
  10. The Discount Voucher received from Animalhotels.com is for one-time use.
  11. By using the Discount Voucher, the Owner declares that they have read the content of these Terms and Conditions, accept its provisions in full and agree to receive commercial information sent by electronic means of communication.
  12. Consent to receive commercial information sent by electronic means of communication is voluntary and at any time the Owner may change the consent in the privacy settings in the Website and/or the Application.

II. Rules for providing and using the Discount Code

  1. The Discount Voucher is made available at the time of the Owner’s Registration by entering the Referral Code made available during marketing campaigns organised by Animalhotels.com.
  2. The Discount Voucher will be active and available for viewing in the Owner’s Account. The name of the Discount Voucher, its value, and the Expiry Date are also made available.
  3. Using the sent Discount Voucher depends on the Owner. The Owner has the option not to use the provided Discount Voucher, in such a case it is sufficient not to click the provided Discount Voucher during the finalisation of purchasing the Service for Pets in the Website and/or the Application.
  4. In order to use the Discount Voucher provided by Animalhotels.com, it is necessary to click the “apply voucher” button during the purchase of the Service for Pets in the Website and/or the Application.
  5. Using the Discount Voucher will reduce the value of the purchased Service for Pets by the percentage value of the Discount Voucher provided to the Owner.
  6. The Owner may use the Discount Voucher only once. Information on whether the Discount Voucher has been used is placed in the “Your vouchers” tab.
  7. The Discount Voucher may be used if the Owner has an account in the Website and/or the Application, i.e. after logging in or registering such an account in the Website and/or the Application.
  8. Discount Vouchers do not combine with each other.
  9. Animalhotels.com has the right to refuse to redeem the Discount Voucher in the event of the expiry of its Expiry Date. Thus, the Discount Voucher expires upon the lapse of its Expiry Date.
  10. The Discount Voucher may be used only by the Owner and may not be transferred to third parties.

III. Transitional rules regarding promotional vouchers

  1. The Owner who used the Promotional Campaign before the date 16.02.2026 and received a discount voucher with a value of 10%, receive in exchange a new Discount Voucher with a value of 20%.
  2. The 20% Discount Voucher is redeemable only for Services for Pets offered by Petsitters who have agreed to provide them at a reduced price.
  3. The expiry date of the new 20% voucher is extended and is 1 year from the date of its granting. The expiry date of the voucher can be found in the “my vouchers” tab.
  4. The Owner has the right to choose the benefit. If they do not consent to replacing the 10% voucher with the 20% voucher, they may report this fact by e-mail by sending a message to info@animalhotels.com.
  5. In the situation referred to in point 4, Animalhotels will manually settle the 10% discount in the form of a refund of funds. The refund is granted only during the validity period of the original 10% voucher (“the period of validity of the right to choose the benefit”).

IV. Cancellation of Services for Pets

  1. In the event that the Owner or the Petsitter resigns from the Service for Pets, the granted Discount Voucher is forfeited by the Owner.
  2. The Owner wishing to resign from the Services for Pets will receive a refund of money in accordance with the Website Terms and Conditions.

V. Complaints regarding Services for Pets

  1. Any complaints regarding the Service for Pets using the Discount Code will be considered under the general terms specified in the Website and/or the Application Terms and Conditions

VI. Final provisions

  1. In the event of a change to these Terms and Conditions, the purchase of the Service for Pets is carried out on the basis of the Terms and Conditions in force on the date of placing the order.
  2. Any matters not provided for in these Terms and Conditions are governed by the Website and/or the Application Terms and Conditions, as well as the provisions of Polish law, and above all the Civil Code, as well as the provisions of the Act on special terms of consumer sales and amending the Civil Code and the Act on the protection of certain consumer rights and on liability for damage caused by a dangerous product, and the Act on the protection of personal data.
  3. The Organiser reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions in the form of annexes marked with a consecutive number and date. Animalhotels.com undertakes to inform Users about changes in good time before they enter into force, in a manner enabling Users to familiarise themselves with them.
  4. These Terms and Conditions are effective from 16.02.2026 and replace the version effective from 5.08.2025 (document version 1.0.0).
