Introduction
- These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) set out the rules for using the Discount Coupon in the Website and/or the Application (hereinafter: Website and/or Application) available at https://animalhotels.com/, operated by the owner of the website – animalhotels sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Łódź (90-318), ul. H. Sienkiewicza 72, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for Łódź-Śródmieście in Łódź, 20th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000934860, REGON 520527265, NIP 7252314345.

Definitions
Animalhotels.com – animalhotels spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Łódź, ul. H. Sienkiewicza 72, 90-318 Łódź, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for Łódź-Śródmieście in Łódź, 20th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000934860, REGON 520527265, NIP 7252314345.
Promotional Campaign – the period during which Animalhotels.com grants Owners Discount Coupons by entering a Referral Code during Registration.
Application – the animalhotels.com mobile application for Android and iOS systems enabling the use of Services provided by Animalhotels.com.
Expiry Date – the date until which the Discount Code may be redeemed in the Website and/or Application and used to purchase a Care Service.
Account – the User’s account within the Website and/or Application, where in particular the data provided by the User and published reviews are stored.
Discount Coupon – an electronic coupon in the form of a digital code entitling the User to redeem it in the Animalhotels.com Website in the form of a percentage discount calculated from the order commission value.
Referral Code – an alphanumeric code which the User must enter in the “Referral Code” field during Registration.
Caretaker – the provider of the Care Service for an animal and/or animals.
Website Terms and Conditions – the terms and conditions governing the use of the Website available at: https://animalhotels.com/regulamin.
Terms – this document together with all attachments, setting out the rules for using the Discount Coupon and Referral Code in the Website and/or Application. The current version of the Terms is available on the Website and/or Application at all times.
Registration – the procedure necessary to fully use the services provided by Animalhotels.com.
Website – the advanced-functionality website available at https://animalhotels.com, operated by Animalhotels.com, through which the User may in particular use the Services.
Service – services provided electronically by Animalhotels.com and offered within the Website and/or Application; these Services include in particular ordering, purchasing, paying for or booking a Care Service.
Care Service – paid services related to the care of an animal/animals provided by the Caretaker to the Owner.
User – a natural person, legal person, or organisational unit without legal personality to which the law grants legal capacity, using the Website and/or Application.
Owner – a person using the Website and/or Application, the owner of an animal/animals, who is interested in the Care Service.
I. General Conditions
- The organiser of the Promotional Campaign “Animalhotels 2025 Discount Coupon” is Animalhotels.com.
- The Referral Code entitling the User to receive a Discount Coupon is AH2025. As part of the Promotional Campaign, a 10% Discount Coupon is granted.
- The Promotional Campaign lasts until 31.12.2026.
- The Discount Coupon granted during the Promotional Campaign is valid for one year from the date of issue.
- The Discount Coupon cannot be purchased. Animalhotels.com undertakes to provide the Owner with a Discount Coupon as part of the organised Promotional Campaign.
- The Discount Coupon may be used when purchasing a Care Service not covered by other promotions in the Website and/or Application. Discount Coupons may be used only within a specified time and only within a single Care Service transaction.
- The Discount Coupon cannot be exchanged, in whole or in part, for cash or other material benefits and cannot be returned to Animalhotels.com.
- The Discount Coupon becomes active upon being granted to the Owner by Animalhotels.com.
- The Discount Coupon received from Animalhotels.com is for single use only.
- By using the Discount Coupon, the Owner declares that they have read these Terms, accept their provisions in full, and agree to receive commercial information sent by electronic means of communication.
- Consent to receive commercial information sent by electronic means is voluntary, and the Owner may withdraw or modify such consent at any time in the privacy settings within the Website and/or Application.
II. Rules for Granting and Using the Discount Code
- The Discount Coupon is granted at the time of the Owner’s Registration by entering the Referral Code provided during marketing campaigns organised by Animalhotels.com.
- The Discount Coupon will be active and visible in the Owner’s Account. The name of the Discount Coupon, its value and Expiry Date will also be displayed.
- Use of the granted Discount Coupon is at the Owner’s discretion. The Owner may choose not to use the Discount Coupon by simply not clicking it during the finalisation of the Care Service purchase in the Website and/or Application.
- To use the Discount Coupon granted by Animalhotels.com, the Owner must click the “apply coupon” button when purchasing a Care Service in the Website and/or Application.
- Use of the Discount Coupon will reduce the value of the purchased Care Service by the percentage value assigned to the Owner’s Discount Coupon.
- The Owner may use the Discount Coupon only once. Information on whether the Discount Coupon has been used is available in the “Your Coupons” tab.
- The Discount Coupon may be used only if the Owner has an account in the Website and/or Application, meaning after logging in or registering such an account.
- Discount Coupons cannot be combined.
- Animalhotels.com has the right to refuse redemption of a Discount Coupon after its Expiry Date. The Discount Coupon therefore expires upon the lapse of its Expiry Date.
- The Discount Coupon may be used exclusively by the Owner and may not be transferred to third parties.
III. Cancellation of Care Services
- If the Owner or the Caretaker cancels the Care Service, the granted Discount Coupon will be forfeited.
- If the Owner wishes to cancel the Care Service, they will receive a refund in accordance with the Website Terms and Conditions.
IV. Complaints Regarding Care Services
- Any complaints regarding a Care Service purchased using a Discount Code will be handled under the general terms set out in the Website and/or Application Terms and Conditions.

V. Final Provisions
- In the event of amendments to these Terms, the purchase of a Care Service shall be carried out based on the version of the Terms in force on the date the order is placed.
- Any matters not provided for in these Terms shall be governed by the Website and/or Application Terms and Conditions and by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code, as well as the provisions of the Act on specific conditions of consumer sales and amendments to the Civil Code, the Act on the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product, and the Act on personal data protection.
- The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms in the form of annexes marked with a consecutive number and date. Animalhotels.com undertakes to inform Users of any changes in due time before they enter into force, in a manner enabling Users to familiarise themselves with them.
- These Terms are effective as of 05.08.2025.
