How does the cancellation process work?

Example

Each caregiver sets their own cancellation terms. It is essential to review the cancellation terms before making a reservation. If you cancel the reservation, the amount paid will be refunded according to the caregiver's terms.

Example

Client paid £48.00 for the care service.

Up to 8 days before the start of the service (inclusive), the client will receive a 100% refund.
Refund: £48.00
From 7 days to 4 days before the start of the service (inclusive), the client will receive a 50% refund.
Refund: £24.00
From 3 days to 1 day before the start of the service (inclusive), the client will receive a 25% refund.
Refund: £12.00
On the day the service begins (0 days), no refund will be issued

In cases where a discount coupon is used, the platform will account for the discounted amount.

The funds paid for the reservation will be refunded within 5-10 business days by the payment provider.
