How to delete an account?

Account deletion can be initiated in the User Panel under Account Settings at the bottom of the page. A necessary condition for deleting an account is cancelling all bookings. Before proceeding, make sure that all your bookings are cancelled.

After clicking the red button and confirming your intention to delete the account, a question will appear on the screen: “Why did you decide to delete your account at animalhotels.com?” along with the following response options:

  • I don't want to take care of animals anymore.
  • I am not satisfied with how the application works.
  • I had no bookings from customers.
  • Other reasons.

This short survey helps us understand the reasons behind the user's dissatisfaction. After selecting the response, a dialog box will appear with the following message: “Your request to delete the account has been forwarded to animalhotels.com. The account will be deleted within 7 working days. If you have any questions, please contact us at: info@animalhotels.co.uk”.
