Jest ona w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji blisko parków i lasów przez co zwierzęta będę spędzać większość czasu na świeżym powietrzu . Ponad to jego miejsce do spania i jedzenie jest w osobnym pokoju żeby jak i zwierzę i ludzie przebywający w mieszkaniu czuli się komfortowo i bez zbędnej presji
