What are the points for?

Points are awarded for most positive actions at animalhotels.com. These activities concern activities performed by the hotel, but also by the client. These are:

  • hotel registration in Stripe
  • booking sent by client
  • acceptance of the reservation by a hotel in the shortest possible time
  • cancellation of reservation by hotel
  • payment through the animalhotels.com website by customer
  • positive conclusion of the booking
  • issuing an opinion by a client with a minimum grade of 3
  • issuing a response to the customer's opinion (applies to hotel)
