Points are awarded for most positive actions at animalhotels.com. These activities concern activities performed by the hotel, but also by the client. These are:
- hotel registration in Stripe
- booking sent by client
- acceptance of the reservation by a hotel in the shortest possible time
- cancellation of reservation by hotel
- payment through the animalhotels.com website by customer
- positive conclusion of the booking
- issuing an opinion by a client with a minimum grade of 3
- issuing a response to the customer's opinion (applies to hotel)
