You will be notified about everything through notifications, and additionally in the details you will find the reason for the report. Care money transfer will be automatically put on hold and a special status of "booking problems" will be set
You can resume the reservation by contacting us by phone (+48 731 830 820) or by e-mail (info@animalhotels.com) and explaining the situation. We will then manually change the status and your booking will proceed as planned.
