What to do if the booking status has not changed to "completed"?

When your care has ended and your status still hasn't changed, it's likely that Stripe has stopped paying your care payments. You can check this in your Stripe account. In this case, log in to your Stripe account (link to the login page: https://connect.stripe.com/express_login). To log in, you only need an e-mail address and a code that will be sent to the phone number assigned to your account. Just go to Your Account on the right and then select Platform Settings. After clicking on Management and Ownership you will be presented with identity verification options. There, a verification window will appear.
