How does individual inquiry work?

As a petsitter, you may receive group or individual inquiries.

An individual inquiry is a message sent directly to you by a client who believes you are the best match for their pet’s needs.

After receiving an individual inquiry, you have 24 hours to make a decision on whether you are interested in the care request. Your response is crucial — regardless of whether you accept or reject the inquiry.

Failure to respond within 24 hours will result in an automatic reduction of your scoring and closure of the inquiry.

A quick response is not only good practice but also a sign of respect for the client’s time and a real opportunity to secure a booking.
