Animalhotels care covers:
- Veterinary care in case of accidents involving the owner's pet while under the caregiver’s supervision.
- Replacement caregivers (including reimbursement if a more expensive caregiver needs to be found).
However, the animalhotels care program has certain conditions and exclusions. It does not cover:
- Pets cared for outside the app.
- Caregivers and/or pet owners under 18 years old.
- Incidents that occur outside the reservation period (in the context of veterinary care).
- Cancellations made earlier than 3 days before the planned start of the reservation (regarding replacement caregivers).
- Treatment of pre-existing conditions, such as parasite infestations (e.g., worms, fleas, mites) or chronic illnesses (e.g., diabetes, orthopedic issues).
- Accidents that occurred during introductory meetings.
- Veterinary care costs incurred more than 30 days after the accident.
