- Starting the process:
Complete the claim form in the mobile app. You can find it in the reservation details where the incident occurred. Ensure all information is accurate.
- Veterinary incidents:
- Agree with the caregiver on how to cover the treatment costs (fully or partially).
- Pay the bill and report it to animalhotels.
- Attach documents: receipt, invoice, bill, pet photo, health record scan, and veterinarian confirmation.
- Provide the treatment cost and your bank account details (or the caregiver's account if they are to receive the refund).
Note: Missing documents will delay the claim review process.
- Replacement caregiver:
- Simply indicate the need for a replacement caregiver via the form.
- No description or attachments are needed.
- Provide your bank account details for a refund if the new caregiver costs more (up to 100% of the original caregiver’s price).
