Absolutely! If you have a specific caregiver in mind, you can nominate them as a replacement. We want you to feel comfortable during this stressful situation, so we allow you to choose someone you trust. If your chosen caregiver is more expensive than the original, we will reimburse the cost difference – up to twice the original reservation price. Your peace of mind and your pet’s well-being are our priorities.
