Account deletion will be visible in the User Panel in Account Settings at the very bottom of the page. After clicking the red button and confirming the desire to delete the account, the screen will ask: “Why are you deciding to delete your account at animalhotels.com”? and the answers:
- I no longer want to take care of animals
- I am not satisfied with the operation of the application
- I have not had any reservations from customers
- Other reasons
A necessary condition that must be met to delete the account is to cancel all reservations. So before you delete the account, make sure that all reservations are canceled.
The above mini survey will allow us to find out what the user is dissatisfied with. Then, after selecting the answer, a dialog box will appear on the screen with the information: “The request to delete the account has been forwarded to animalhotels.com support. The account will be deleted within 7 business days. If you have any questions, please contact us by e-mail: info@animalhotels.com or by phone: +48 731 830 820".
