How is the cancellation process?

Each caregiver sets their own cancellation terms. It is essential to read the cancellation terms before making a reservation. If you cancel the reservation, the reservation amount will be refunded according to the caregiver's rules.

Example

Client paid PLN 240.00 for the care service.

  • Up to 8 days before the start of the service (inclusive), the client will receive a 100% refund.

    Refund: PLN 240.00

  • From 7 days to 4 days before the start of the service (inclusive), the client will receive a 50% refund.

    Refund: PLN 120.00

  • From 3 days to 1 day before the start of the service (inclusive), the client will receive a 25% refund.

    Refund: PLN 60.00

  • On the day the service begins (0 days), no refund will be issued.

In a situation where a discount coupon is used, the application will take into account the amount after the discount.

The funds paid for the reservation will be returned within 5-10 business days by the payment operator.
