New Animalhotels promotion regulations

Introduction

1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: the “Terms and Conditions”) set out the rules for using a Discount Voucher and a Referral Code in the Website and/or Application (hereinafter: the Website and/or Application) available at https://animalhotels.com/, operated by the owner of the website – animalhotels sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Łódź (90-318), ul. H. Sienkiewicza 72, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for Łódź-Śródmieście in Łódź, 20th Commercial Division of the National Court Register (KRS) under KRS number 0000934860, REGON 520527265, NIP 7252314345.

Definitions

Animalhotels.com - animalhotels spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Łódź, ul. H. Sienkiewicza 72, 90-318 Łódź, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for Łódź-Śródmieście in Łódź, 20th Commercial Division of the National Court Register (KRS) under KRS number 0000934860, REGON 520527265, NIP 7252314345.

Promotional Campaign - the period during which Animalhotels.com grants Discount Vouchers to Pet Owners by entering a Referral Code during Registration.

Application - the Animalhotels.com mobile application for Android and iOS systems, enabling the use of Services provided by Animalhotels.com.

Expiry Date - the date until which the Discount Code may be redeemed in the Website and/or Application and used to purchase a Pet Service.

Account - the User’s account within the Website and/or Application, where in particular the data provided by the User is stored and reviews are displayed.

Discount Voucher - an electronic voucher in the form of an IT-generated code, entitling the User to redeem it in the Animalhotels.com Website as a percentage discount calculated on the commission value of the order.

Referral Code - an alphanumeric code which the User must enter into the “Referral code” field during Registration.

Petsitter - means the provider of a Pet Service.

Website Terms and Conditions - the terms and conditions setting out the rules for using the Website, available at: Terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions - this document together with all attachments, setting out the rules for using the Discount Voucher and the Referral Code in the Website and/or Application. The current version of the Terms and Conditions is available on the Website and/or within the Application at any time.

Registration - the procedure required to fully use the services provided by Animalhotels.com.

Website - the website with extended functionality available at https://animalhotels.com/, operated by Animalhotels.com, through which the User may use, in particular, the Services.

Service - electronic services provided by Animalhotels.com and offered within the Website and/or Application; these include in particular ordering, purchasing, paying for, or booking a care service.

Pet Service - paid services related to caring for an animal/animals provided by the Petsitter for the benefit of the Pet Owner.

User - a natural person, legal person, or an organisational unit without legal personality to which the law grants legal capacity, using the Website and/or Application.

Pet Owner - a person using the Website and/or Application, an owner of an animal/animals, who is interested in a Pet Service.

I. General Terms

1. The organiser of the promotional campaign “Animalhotels Discount Voucher” is Animalhotels.com.
2. The condition for participating in the Promotional Campaign is providing the Referral Code during Registration, as made available by Animalhotels.com in promotional materials, in particular leaflets and online advertisements. Under the Promotional Campaign, a Discount Voucher with a value of 10% for Pet Services is granted.
3. The Discount Voucher granted as part of the Promotional Campaign is valid for one year from the date it is granted.
4. The Discount Voucher may only be redeemed for Pet Services offered by Petsitters who have agreed to provide them at a reduced price.
5. The Discount Voucher cannot be purchased. Animalhotels.com undertakes to provide the Pet Owner with the Discount Voucher as part of the Promotional Campaign.
6. The Discount Voucher may be used when purchasing a Pet Service that is not covered by other promotions in the Website and/or Application. Discount Vouchers may only be used within a specified time and only within one transaction for the purchase of a Pet Service. Information on whether the Discount Voucher has been used is available in the “Your vouchers” tab.
7. The Discount Voucher may not be exchanged for cash, in whole or in part, or for any goods, and may not be returned to Animalhotels.com.

II. Rules for Providing and Using the Discount Voucher

1. The Discount Voucher is provided at the moment the Pet Owner registers by entering the Referral Code made available during marketing campaigns organised by Animalhotels.com.
2. The Discount Voucher will be active and visible in the Pet Owner’s Account. The name of the Discount Voucher, its value, and its Expiry Date will also be provided.
3. The use of the Discount Voucher depends on the Pet Owner. The Pet Owner may decide not to use the Discount Voucher; in such case, they simply should not click the Discount Voucher during checkout when purchasing a Pet Service in the Website and/or Application.
4. To use the Discount Voucher provided by Animalhotels.com, the Pet Owner must click the “apply voucher” button when purchasing a Pet Service in the Website and/or Application.
5. Using the Discount Voucher will reduce the price of the purchased Pet Service by the percentage value of the Discount Voucher granted to the Pet Owner.
6. The Discount Voucher may be used only if the Pet Owner has an account in the Website and/or Application, i.e. after logging in or registering such an Account in the Website and/or Application.
7. Discount Vouchers cannot be combined with each other.
8. Animalhotels.com has the right to refuse redemption of the Discount Voucher if its Expiry Date has passed. In such case, the Discount Voucher expires upon the lapse of its Expiry Date.
9. The Discount Voucher may only be used by the Pet Owner and may not be transferred to third parties.

III. Transitional Provisions for Promotional Vouchers

1. Pet Owners who used the Promotional Campaign before 16.02.2026 and received a 10% Discount Voucher will receive, in exchange, a new Discount Voucher with a value of 20%.
2. The 20% Discount Voucher may be redeemed only for Pet Services offered by Petsitters who have agreed to provide them at a reduced price.
3. The Expiry Date of the new 20% voucher is extended and amounts to 1 year from the date it is granted. The expiry date can be found in the “My vouchers” tab.
4. If the Pet Owner does not agree to replace the 10% voucher with a 20% voucher (valid only with selected Petsitters), they may report this by e-mail by sending a message to info@animalhotels.com.
5. In the situation referred to in point 4, Animalhotels will manually settle the 10% discount in the form of a refund. The refund is available only within the period during which the Pet Owner has the right to choose the original 10% voucher benefit.

IV. Cancellation of Pet Services

1. If the Pet Owner or the Petsitter cancels the Pet Service, the granted Discount Voucher will be forfeited by the Pet Owner.
2. If the Pet Owner cancels the Pet Service, they will receive a refund in accordance with the Website Terms and Conditions.

V. Complaints Regarding Pet Services

1. Any complaints regarding a Pet Service purchased using a Discount Code will be processed under the general conditions set out in the Website and/or Application Terms and Conditions.
2. If the Discount Code does not work, please contact Animalhotels.com for assistance via e-mail at info@animalhotels.com or by phone at +48 731 830 820.

VI. End of the Promotional Campaign

1. The Promotional Campaign runs until 31 December 2027.
2. Animalhotels reserves the right to end the Promotional Campaign at any time.
3. Information about early termination of the Promotional Campaign will be provided to Users in advance via the Website and/or Application, e-mail, or SMS message.
4. If no early termination is announced, the Promotional Campaign End Date indicated in point 1 of this section shall apply.
5. Discount Vouchers granted before the Promotional Campaign End Date remain valid until the end of the period for which they were granted, unless otherwise stated in the early termination notice.

VII. Final Provisions

1. If these Terms and Conditions are amended, the purchase of the Pet Service is carried out under the Terms and Conditions in force on the date the order is placed.
2. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the Website and/or Application Terms and Conditions and the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
3. Animalhotels.com reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions in the form of annexes numbered consecutively and dated. Animalhotels.com undertakes to inform Users of any changes sufficiently in advance before they enter into force, in a way that allows Users to familiarise themselves with them.
4. These Terms and Conditions (“Animalhotels Promotion Terms and Conditions”) are effective from 16.02.2026 and replace the existing AH2025 Promotion Terms and Conditions in the version effective from 5 August 2025.
