Verification includes:
- A special code sent to your phone number.
- As an owner, you can personally or online contact the sitter/hotel you wish to entrust your pet to before the service begins.
Additionally:
- Transactions are cashless. In the event of a cancellation, we refund the full amount according to the cancellation conditions of the respective sitter.
- All payments are transferred to the sitter’s account on the last day of care, ensuring that your pet has returned to you safe and sound.
