- Do not accept a pet without disclosing the presence of your own animals.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene for both the animal's environment and the animal itself.
- Provide regular updates on the pet’s condition during the care period.
- Do not feed inappropriate food (e.g., leftovers or unsuitable human food).
- Adhere to safety rules when interacting with other animals and avoid contact between unneutered or unspayed animals.
- Adapt the environment to the pet’s needs (e.g., secure valuables, sharp objects and other hazards; ensure doors and windows are not easily accessible to the pet; inform about the presence of children).
- Do not accept a booking if you know you may have difficulty handling a challenging animal.
