Points are awarded for most positive actions at animalhotels.com. These activities concern activities performed by the petsitter, but also by the client. These are:
- registration of petsitter in Stripe
- booking sent by client
- acceptance of the reservation by a petsitter in the shortest possible time
- cancellation by a petsitter
- payment through the animalhotels.com website by customer
- positive conclusion of the booking
- issuing an opinion by a client with a minimum grade of 3
- issuing a response to the customer's opinion (applies to petsitter)
