After the care ends, you will be able to leave a review, and the sitter will receive points in the animalhotels Ranking, which will affect their visibility and reputation.
Should any problems occur, we will be able to provide support.
The app exists and grows thanks to the service fee, so you can quickly find the best sitter for your pet.

What to do if the sitter suggests settling outside the app?

Settling outside the app violates our regulations and may indicate dishonesty on the part of the sitter. We recommend avoiding cooperation with such a user.
We ensure that our community consists of reliable and trustworthy pet sitters and pet hotels.
