Terms of cancellation after payment

  • 100% refund if you resign to 8 days prior to the start of care service
  • 75% refund if you resign from 7 days to 6 days prior to the start of care service
  • 50% refund if you resign from 5 days to 2 days prior to the start of care service
  • 0% refund if you resign from 1 day to day care begins
