Terms of cancellation after payment

  • 100% refund if you resign to 8 days prior to the start of care service
  • 85% refund if you resign 7 days prior to the start of care service
  • 80% refund if you resign 6 days prior to the start of care service
  • 70% refund if you resign 5 days prior to the start of care service
  • 60% refund if you resign from 4 days to 3 days prior to the start of care service
  • 50% refund if you resign from 2 days to day care begins
