Frequently asked questions

Who can use the plans?
The Starter and Premium plans are open to anyone who passes verification at Animalhotels. Thanks to it, customers trust you from the start, and we make sure that everyone who finds a sitter at Animalhotels can feel at ease.
How is Starter different from Premium?
On both plans you pay no commission and settle up with customers however you like. Premium adds promotion of your offer: priority notifications about customers, more visibility, the "Premium Sitter" badge, recommendation in nearby searches and promotion on Animalhotels social media. On Starter, send the link to your offer to friends and share it on social media to see results as soon as possible.
Who is your customer?
Everyone. Both the customer you find yourself and the one who found you through Animalhotels. You pay commission on neither.
Can a new customer pay in cash?
Yes, from the very first booking. You agree the payment method with the customer.
What is Animalhotels Care and who pays for it?

On both plans you pay nothing for Animalhotels Care. A customer who wants extra protection selects it when booking and pays 10% of the booking value. You always receive the full amount from your price list.

With Animalhotels Care the customer gets:

  • cover for veterinary treatment costs up to 5,000 zł,
  • a replacement sitter if you have to cancel the booking,
  • money held safely until the stay is over.

If the customer cancels the booking, they are refunded according to your cancellation policy.

How can you settle up with the customer?
However you like, for example in cash, as you agree with the customer. If the customer adds Animalhotels Care, they pay online.
Can you cancel?
Yes. Within 14 days of purchase you can withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. Just write to us and we will refund the full amount within 14 days, by the same payment method. After that you can cancel at any time: the plan runs until the end of the paid period.
