At animalhotels.com, we use a simple system of levels. Levels are marked with Roman numerals from I to V, and each level is associated with a diamond icon. As you progress through the levels, the diamond gradually fills up. Reaching Level V results in a fully completed diamond. A user marked with the "NEW" label is a new pet sitter on animalhotels.com.
