If the money has not appeared in your bank account within 2-10 business days, it likely means that additional verification is needed in Stripe. You will also notice a payment issue if your booking status has not changed from "paid" to "completed".
In this case, log in to your Stripe account (login page: https://connect.stripe.com/express_login). You will need your email address and the code sent to the phone number connected to your account. Go to Your Account, then select Platform Settings. Click Management and Ownership to find identity verification options. A verification window appears.
