What to do if the booking status has not changed to "completed"?

If the care period has ended but the booking status has not changed, it likely means that Stripe has held up your payment. You can check this on your Stripe account.

In this case, log in to your Stripe account (login page: https://connect.stripe.com/express_login). You will need your email address and the code sent to the phone number connected to your account. Go to Your Account, then select Platform Settings.. Click Management and Ownership to find identity verification options. A verification window appears.
