What should I do if I’m having issues with payments?

First, check if you need to verify your identity in Stripe. You can do this by logging into your Stripe account through a dedicated page. To access your Stripe account, go to https://connect.stripe.com/express_login and log in using your email address and the code sent to the phone number linked to your account. Follow these steps to complete the process:

  1. If you use desktop, on the Overview page you will notice a message about updating your business information. Select Update.

  2. A tab will appear where you need to verify your identity. Click Upload document.

  3. A message about consent will appear. Without consent, you cannot verify your identity.

  4. Scan the QR code with your phone to upload your identity document.

  5. Or choose another convenient method to submit your identity document.

If you are using a phone, below, we present a step-by-step verification guide.

If you’ve completed identity verification, wait until 1:00 PM for the funds to be automatically transferred from your Stripe account to your bank account. If the verification was completed after 1:00 PM, the transfer will take place on the next business day.

Additionally, check if re-verification is required. Even if you have previously passed the verification process, Stripe may periodically request re-verification for security purposes.
