First, check if you need to verify your identity in Stripe. You can do this by logging into your Stripe account through a dedicated page. To access your Stripe account, go to https://connect.stripe.com/express_login and log in using your email address and the code sent to the phone number linked to your account. Follow these steps to complete the process:
- If you use desktop, on the Overview page you will notice a message about updating your business information. Select Update.
- A tab will appear where you need to verify your identity. Click Upload document.
- A message about consent will appear. Without consent, you cannot verify your identity.
- Scan the QR code with your phone to upload your identity document.
- Or choose another convenient method to submit your identity document.

If you’ve completed identity verification, wait until 1:00 PM for the funds to be automatically transferred from your Stripe account to your bank account. If the verification was completed after 1:00 PM, the transfer will take place on the next business day.
Additionally, check if re-verification is required. Even if you have previously passed the verification process, Stripe may periodically request re-verification for security purposes.
