How much time do I have to respond to an individual care request?

You have 24 hours to respond to a care request from the pet owner. If you fail to respond within this timeframe, your offer will be deactivated. Should your offer be deactivated, animalhotels.com will notify you. Remember, your customer wants to feel confident that they will have consistent communication with you, as they are entrusting their pet to you. Put yourself in their shoes – the comfort, health and safety of the pet are the top priorities.

You can reactivate your offer at any time by going to the "Care Offers" tab. Simply toggle the switch to make your offer active again.
