How can I report issues with my booking?

If the sitter is causing problems (not responding, behaving suspiciously), you can report this issue to the animalhotels team. To report a problem, simply select the "Report a problem" button in the booking details. Then, provide the reason in the dialog box and send it. The report is sent to both the animalhotels team and the sitter. The sitter is automatically asked to contact animalhotels to explain the situation.

Clicking the button also stops the sitter's payment for the care. Please remember that to report issues with the booking, your payment must be made through animalhotels.
