  • a refund in case of cancellation,
  • support from animalhotels – we are here to assist you with any questions, concerns, or issues,
  • the option to report issues with the sitter – a button appears after payment, allowing you to hold payments to the pet sitter until the matter is resolved,
  • secure payment – the sitter will not receive payment until the service is completed.
